Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
Used or opened beauty products.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Email returns@linabeauty.com.ng with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a return address and approval code.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
